Apartments from 76 sq.mt located on the 5th floor without elevator consists of:

With electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker fridge and freezer, kettle

Double futon bed, single bed, bedside table, desk and chair, wardrobe, 2 windows

With access from the kitchen, with sink, toilet, shower

Central heating, Electric  heaters, washing machine, dishwasher, cable TV, CD player, kettle.

PLEASE NOTE: ideal for a couple or a couple of friends. In particular young people (the apartment is a little run down, bathroom is not independent, etc). This apartment is clean, quiet and sunny, quite simple in its furnishings but functional; for 4th and 5th  persons supplementary mattresses are available and spread on the Parquet.
The end of stay cleaning must be done by customers before check out My large flat is located in zwinglistrasse, 10555 Moabit-Tiergarten (It is in the
district "Berlin-Mitte", already center, near of the river spree and the central
park of the town). You can go in every direction, near of Tiergarten,
Kufurstendamm (berlin west), Reichstag, Unter den Linden (10-15'),
Kreuzberg/Prenzlauer (15') Charlottenburg (next neighborhood)+ Potsdam and their
castles, ...
You do not need a car, but if you have you can park free of charge.
The quiet (4th and last floor without elevator but easy to climb, view on tree
and heaven) appartment has a large living room, a large bed room ; separate
kitchen ; Just note that the bathroom is not really separate (modern shower +
basin corner with access from the kitchen), but it mostly
does not disturb families or friends. MORE photos and plan available on request. One large and 2 single beds, plus extra matresses.
For your arrival I will organize an appointment on place with my multilingual friend Jens (he speaks english, french, spanish, italian ;-) for the key. We will give you tips, list of restaurants, etc.
